Scheduling

You can reach us at (703) 760-8110 to schedule an appointment or if you would like more information. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for each appointment. Please note that your appointment time is reserved for you. The doctors usually adhere to the schedule. If you are late to your appointment it will cut into your reserved time. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we require that you cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. There is a fee for cancellations that are given with insufficient notice.

Doctors of Chiropractic are primary care physicians, so you do not need a prescription or referral to see us.


Contacting You, Confidentiality and Privacy

We may contact you to provide appointment reminders or information related to the services that we provide.

Your privacy is important to us. We feel it is important for you to know and understand your rights as a patient and what you can expect from us as a healthcare provider. The Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) gives you, the patient, significant rights to understand and control how your health information is used. As part of your New Patient Forms, you will be provided with a notice detailing HIPAA and how your personal information is protected. We encourage you to carefully review the notice and contact us if you have any questions.


Medical Records

All patient health care information at Grove Spine & Sports Care is confidential. Therefore, medical records cannot be released to any person without the authorization of the patient or the patient's legally authorized representative (unless authorized by law).
